Where does your merchandise come from?
All of our inventory comes directly from the brand or authorized suppliers. We do not purchase products from any unauthorized sellers/merchants or third party brokers.
Shipping is complementary in the United States. We typically ship within one to two business days of receipt of payment unless noted on product page. All items are shipped via Fedex Ground unless a specific request for an alternative carrier is made.
International shipping is available. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us with any questions regarding international shipping.
When will my order ship?
It depends whether the item is currently in stock. All items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. FedEx or USPS is typically the services we use for domestic shipping.
At Fin and Mo, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. We will accept returns on most items for the exception of discounted orders, pre-order & special orders. Returns must be received within 3 days from the day order was delivered.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased and must include all original accessories and paperwork including but not limited to: original tags, original packaging, dust bags, care cards, etc. DO NOT REMOVE the plastic security tag attached to your item or return won't be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase and all refunds will be processed within the 3 business days following the return. Original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
