Shipping

Shipping is complementary in the United States. We typically ship within one to two business days of receipt of payment unless noted on product page. All items are shipped via Fedex Ground unless a specific request for an alternative carrier is made.

International shipping is available. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us with any questions regarding international shipping.

When will my order ship?
It depends whether the item is currently in stock. All items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed. 

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. FedEx is typically the service we use for domestic shipping.

Returns
We will accept returns on most items for the exception of pre-order & special orders. Returns must be made within 7 days from the day order was delivered. Items must be in the same condition and security tags must be attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the the customer.

All sales are final.

Pre-orders and special orders?
We have the ability to get other items that aren't available on our website. Please fill out our special orders form with the item(s) you're looking for and we will contact our suppliers to see if we can locate.
